Julie’s diligent work ethic, tenacious attitude, and comprehensive understanding of contracts and the real estate industry make her a vital member of The Carpenter Kessel Homeselling Team. Prior to joining the team as the Transaction Manager, Julie worked as a transaction coordinator for over 15 years and in Commercial and Residential Property Management since 1993. She is a Florida Native and a Brevard County Resident since 1992.
