The buyer of this property is a long term client and a great friendship has developed through those buys and sells. This specific property was touch negotiations. Initially listed over 1M the home needed lots of work and was clearly not valued correctly so we knew we had a fight and had to implore strong negotiation techniques. When we initially submitted an offer the seller countered back but was high….we countered back and verbalized that this was our highest and best and they could contact us when the seller was ready to sell. 1 week later we got a call from the agent that the seller was willing to accept the 875K offer!
