After 6 years, these awesome folks decided it was time to sell their first family home and move into something that offered a bit more space for this growing bunch.
Combine all these emotions and add a pregnancy to the equation, now we are talking about a good time!
I remember the first time we discussed the idea of selling their home, identifying a new one, and making it all happen at the same time. I vividly recall how nervous Christina was because they had just found out about their family’s newest addition🤰, so time was of the essence.
“We got this”, I assured them.
We listed their home mid-August and had multiple offers within a day. This was achievable due to fantastic marketing and a great price. Not to mention, the property was in great condition and had some recent updates i.e. Brand new roof, newer AC, remodeled kitchen (big 3) and some cool ass sellers.
We identified the home of their dreams around the same time, wrote a solid offer (critical), went under contract, and recently closed.
