This home not only met my buyer’s criteria for a rental investment but it also is home that they will one day move into when they retire. They could envision their future grandchildren one-day making smores in the fire pit, playing in the treehouse by the lake, or swimming in the pool. But as a 4 bedroom, 3-car garage pool home in Suntree, it also makes the perfect rental, until the time comes.
The Suntree market has very low inventory, and as a result, we were in a multiple offer situation. The sellers were under contract to purchase another property, and wanted the option to do a post-occupancy agreement. That being said, they accepted our offer because my buyers were able to give the sellers the flexible move-out terms they needed. A post-occupancy agreement was signed by all parties and everyone was happy.
Side note: After just 1 day on the market as a rental, the property has already been leased out for top dollar!
