The buyer had a short amount of time because their home went under contract quickly. In this competitive market, we had been beaten out many times because we had a home sale contingency. When this home popped up we viewed it immediately. Because the property had many showings, we presented our offer as clean as possible with very a request for a quick response time from the seller. We wanted to tie it up before other buyers viewed the property and we wanted to beat out a few that were scheduled to come in from out of town. The pressure worked in our favor and the seller accepted our offer!
