The buyer contacted me from out of state and was interested in another condo unit in the area. The buyer was not familiar with any of the condos in town but once they described what they were looking for, I was able to find them some units that were a better fit for their needs. The buyer flew to Florida and we spent some time viewing condos so that they could decide which buildings they liked best. After narrowing down the choices to a couple of buildings, we were able to wait for the right unit to come on the market. An opportunity presented itself, the buyer made an offer sight unseen and the rest is history.
