They also wanted higher ceilings (no lower than 9ft) and a 2 car garage. That limited the search options to close to 8 buildings to choose from, mostly due to the ceiling height requirement.

With a checklist of renovations in hand, they presented the sellers with their list of required renovations and through Dewayne’s expert negotiation were able to bring the sellers to agree to a $41,500 reduction of the list price. Dewayne was able to secure the deal and the buyers are looking forward to living the oceanfront life in style – just how they envisioned it!
