Meet Zack

Zack Spurlock is about as close as you can get to a Brevard County native. From the age of 1, Zack has been enjoying the beauty of the Space Coast. Fishing, surfing, and diving have taught him to truly appreciate the gifts that this area has to offer. He made quite a name for himself early on while scuba diving near Port Canaveral and found himself face to face with a Great White shark. Rather than panicking, he grabbed his Go-Pro and shot a video that went viral. He attributes that life-changing experience to helping him slow down at the moment, and not let emotions take control of his decisions.

As a 3rd generation Realtor®, Zack comes from a successful lineage of trustworthy local developers and Realtors®. His Grandfather was instrumental in establishing one of Satellite Beach's premier waterfront communities in the1960’s, and his father continued the legacy establishing himself as a leader in local real estate development and sales. After graduating from The University of North Florida with a degree in Marketing, Zack tested his interest in construction with his father in the family business but ultimately fell in love with the sales side of the industry. 

His knowledge of construction, however, proved to be a valuable asset in Real Estate. Being able to control all of the moving parts of the real estate transaction came naturally to Zack, but that is only half the challenge. Finding the right property that has the perfect blend of quality, value, and upgradeability has allowed Zack to quickly become an award-winning agent. Combine that with his knowledge and love of the water plants him firmly as one of the area's foremost agents when it comes to riverfront homes, deep water canals, and helping his clients find the perfect location for them to call home.

Faith and family are some of Zack’s most important values. He believes the real estate process should constantly evolve and he loves coaching his clients, helping them to set realistic expectations so they can enjoy the process without getting flustered or caught off guard.
