Operations ManagerLeslie Mink brings more than just midwest charm and hospitality to the Carpenter Kessel Team. As one of the most well-rounded members of the CK team, Leslie has held a Certified General Appraisal License, Real Estate Licenses in 3 states, Broker’s Licenses in 2 states, as well as holding the Broker-In-Charge position while living in South Carolina.
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Leslie has always had a people-first mindset. In 2006 she started her real estate career as both a buyer’s and seller’s agent. After moving with her husband and 1-year-old to Hilton head South Carolina, she felt it was time to try a different side of the real estate business. Leslie became the broker rather than the agent, and she found a new passion for the behind-the-scenes action. From monitoring every transaction to keeping a close eye on all current and past clients, Leslie enjoyed making sure that everyone felt as special and important as they truly were.
After 10 years in Hilton Head, Leslie and her growing family made the move to the Space Coast for the warm weather and family-centered culture that we all know and love. Since joining the Carpenter Kessel Team, Leslie has been instrumental in helping the team achieve year after year record-breaking results. Leslie places quality at the utmost importance and is dedicated to changing the way people perceive real estate. From team building and mentoring to maintaining client and vendor relationships, Leslie continues to set the precedent for how the real estate experience should be.
