Concierge AgentAshley Liparini, the Carpenter | Kessel Home Selling Team’s new Concierge Agent is dedicated to creating memorable real estate experiences. Ashley knows first-hand how a great experience can turn into so much more. A native Californian, Ashley grew up flying across the country to spend summers in South Florida with her local family. She loved the balmy tropical air and the warm ocean, and on one trip, in particular, she found herself and her husband deciding to move to Indialantic and enjoy the pace of the barrier island life.
Ashley is a licensed Realtor®, has a degree in English and Communications, emphasis on Marketing, with a diverse sales and entrepreneurial background. She and her husband permanently relocated to the Space Coast for many of the same reasons she shares with her clients: the ocean, sunshine, great schools, and a community environment that is ideal for raising a family.
As a Concierge Agent, Ashley is responsible for facilitating the moving parts of the real estate transaction, from coordinating open houses, to showing homes and being a friendly face that is eager to ensure an enjoyable real estate engagement. Ashley had the pleasure of being a client of Carpenter | Kessel and was blown away by the level of professionalism that she and her husband experienced both buying & selling their homes. So when Kirk Kessel asked her if she wanted to join their team, she knew it was a perfect opportunity.
Ashley is a firm believer in active listening, has astute attention to detail, and prides herself on remembering all of the important information so that her clients can rest easy knowing she has things under control. Ashley is on the board of Young Life, is very active in her children’s schools, and is ready to assist with all of your real estate needs.
