Alyssa is the founder of Sand Dollar Realty of Brevard, a full-service brokerage she launched in 2001 in the heart of Cocoa Beach. As Broker, Owner, and Lead Salesperson, she built her firm into a trusted name in luxury waterfront and distressed property sales across Brevard County. A lifelong local, Alyssa grew up along the beaches of Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach, and Indian Harbour Beach. She earned her Business degree with a marketing focus from the University of Florida before beginning her real estate career in Atlanta, where she quickly rose from top salesperson to Regional Director. Eventually, her passion for the Florida coast and desire to be near family brought her back home to launch Sand Dollar Realty.
During the development boom of the early 2000s, Alyssa represented some of the region’s premier builders and developers, closing nearly $75 million in sales. When the market shifted, she adapted quickly—earning her certification as a Short Sale Specialist and guiding countless homeowners through challenging transactions with skill and empathy.
