Before joining Compass, I was the Broker-Owner and top producer of Sand Dollar Realty of Brevard, a boutique firm I proudly ran in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach. My background in construction and development uniquely equips me to guide buyers and sellers through every phase of new builds—from pre-sales to association turnover. I’ve led sales and operations for numerous new subdivisions and five successful waterfront condo developments.
