Originally from Alaska, she moved to Florida in fifth grade and has called the Space Coast home since 2000. Watching the area grow has only fueled her passion for real estate and helping others find their place here.
Before transitioning to real estate in 2020, Shannon spent 14 years as a Brevard County school teacher—an experience that shaped her approach to guiding, advocating, and building strong relationships. She specializes in relocation, waterfront properties, and land, working with custom builders, families, and investors alike. Her trusted local insight, strong negotiation skills, and client-first mindset are grounded in trust, transparency, and thoughtful service.

Outside of real estate, she’s a proud wife of 25 years, mom of two, and active Space Coast local.
