Tong Chandler
Marketing Manager
Tong runs marketing for the Carpenter Kessel Compass team on Florida's Space Coast. She manages everything involved in bringing a listing to market, including social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, website content, brochures, flyers, signage, and launch strategy. Her role is making sure each property is presented clearly, consistently, and in a way that gets attention.
She oversees the process from start to finish, blending strategy, creative execution, and close coordination with the agents to bring each listing to life. With so many details moving at once, she keeps the pieces aligned and the final product polished.
Tong did not come from a traditional marketing path. She spent ten years in the United States Navy, where she was often the person trusted with creative and communications projects. From campaigns and newsletters to event materials, promotional pieces, and morale programs, she was doing this kind of work long before it officially became her career.
That experience still shows in how she works today: hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly intentional. What she enjoys most about real estate marketing is that it brings together strategy, design, timing, messaging, and performance. She also loves the social media side of the business, especially the community it creates and the connection that comes from consistently showing up and sharing the story behind the work.
After moving to the Space Coast, Tong quickly grew to love the area and the community around it. Outside of work, she is usually at her boys' baseball games, near the water when she can be, or spending time with family.
