Harbour Isles

Welcome to Harbour Isles

About a mile and a half from the ocean the Harbour Isles waterfront community is nestled on the Banana River between Mather’s Bridge and the Eau Gallie Causeway, just north of where the Banana and Indian Rivers meet. Surrounded by water there is no shortage of wildlife, sunrises or sunsets and lush mature vegetation to take in daily.

Harbour Isles is a boater’s paradise with its deep-water canals and deep-water riverfront lots. Residents indulge in the water lifestyle, yet they are not far from the modern-day conveniences the city of Indian Harbour Beach has to offer. Those include marinas, shopping centers, restaurants, medical care, library, recreational parks, dog parks, top A rated schools and so much more which truly makes this neighborhood a gem.

The first homes to be built in this community were in 1962. Today there is a total of 101 homes in Harbour Isles where over 80% of the homes have direct water access by canal or direct riverfront. There are a variety of architectural designs from a more contemporary style to a more typical Florida ranch style home. Parcels range from about a quarter acre to a half-acre. Living square footage ranges from 1,788 sqft to 8,338 sqft with an average of about 2,600 sqft. Recently, canal front homes that have sold ranged from $700,000 to $1.15 million.

The residents of the Harbour Isles community tend to stay longer than the average Space Coast homeowner. The community is very well maintained and homeowners take pride in their homes. Harbour Isles is truly a waterfront community mecca.
