Meet Jeremy

Jeremy Stewart grew up in a small family-oriented town in Indiana where appreciation, hard work, and being neighborly were the values he was brought up with.  After graduating from the University of Louisville with his Master’s in Physical Therapy, Jeremy relocated to the Space Coast and was happy to find those same values were shared here in Brevard County.

Although real estate was always a passion, Jeremy's professional career led him to co-found one of Brevard’s leading PT clinics, Top Tier Sports Medicine. He spent the next few years forming lasting relationships with clients based on trust, appreciation, and most of all, listening. 

In 2019, with the support of his wife, Jeremy decided to take his passion for real estate to the next level.  Since he was already spending time on Zillow and realtor.com for fun, he made it official by sitting for his real estate license, and in 2021 he made the transition from Co-founder to Real Estate agent.

In his first year, Jeremy was a multi-million dollar producer which he attributes to his work ethic, integrity, and never forgetting that the most important skill any professional realtor can have is the ability to listen. Even though clients wanted the most popular realtor, and Jeremy was a newbie, he maintained his people-first mentality and was able to leverage his network from his days at Top Tier to have immediate success in real estate.  

Starting over as an independent real estate producer was very gratifying and exciting.  The people made it fun, and he still got the satisfaction of helping people.  Instead of getting them better, he was helping them find a new home, a retirement home, or sell their house for the highest price possible.

As a self-proclaimed data nerd, Jeremy sets realistic expectations and uses market trends and local knowledge to keep his clients well-informed with the best information to make the best decisions, even if that decision is to do nothing. Sometimes progression is good, just like in the PT world, it’s ok to walk before you run.

Jeremy is excited the be a part of the Carpenter Kessel Homeselling team, most importantly because of the level of professionalism they bring to everything.  From the listing process to the agents on the team, it is great to see that there is a defined polished process that gives the best possible real estate experience in the industry.

Jeremy believes that everybody should be treated the same way no matter what their price point, everyone deserves the same level of care, respect, and professionalism.
