As our focus changed to pre-owned homes, she again listened to our wants and needs and presented us with appropriate options. We wouldn't have found the property we purchased had she not found it for us. The location and layout is a great fit for us as we anticipate our older kids will accompany us on the move. As part of her work, Amanda referred us to lending pros and insurance providers who were great to work with. We are now paying less for insurance on our home in Florida than our home in Kansas that is comparable in size. Amanda even did the insurance inspection for us in our absence.
